Granted, there are serious faults in this country’s Health Care system that cherry picks the healthiest (most low risk insurables), and rejects or excepts any and all individuals with risky health (aka pre-conditions), by exclusion, or making Health Care premiums unaffordable.  Hence, leaving up to 47-million uninsured  Americans on the public dole; when it comes to comprehensive Health Care.  But, affordability and accessability (for the masses) is the real Health Care obstacle facing the American electorate.

Contrary to prevailing opinion, Health Care “displacement” is not the answer; as much as true Health Care “reform,”  that would lift the restraints off of  pre-conditions, and usher in a system of shared risks and shared responsibility; with a built in (tax sheltered) savings component (ie.
